Novocastrian Wind
Novocastrian Wind Pty Ltd is a company owned by Equinor, Green Tower and the founding members of Oceanex Energy (who have also played pivotal roles in originating offshore wind in Australia and co-founded Australia’s first offshore wind farm, Star of the South). Oceanex Energy held the lead support role in Novocastrian Wind Pty Ltd’s application for a feasibility licence in the Hunter. Equinor has taken over the management role of the project in the next phases.
