When you apply for a job or position with us, we may collect information about you from relevant third parties who can assist us in our assessment of your suitability for a role, including any recruitment consultant, your previous employers, referees and CV checking agencies. We use your personal information to enable us to conduct our business.

We try to respond to your access or correction requests within 30 days of your request. If it will take longer than this, we will let you know.

  • Where we are not able to fulfil your request to access or correct your personal information for a legal or other reason, we will let you know why.

Complaints

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will formally respond to your complaint within 30 days. If it will take longer than this, we will let you know.

If you’re not happy with the way we handle your query or your information (including our response to your request to access or correct your personal information), you have a right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) – visit oaic.gov.au.

Employees

We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). However, those principles do not apply to certain records and practices relating to the employment relationship between us and our current and former employees in Australia. As such, most of the information contained in this Privacy Policy does not apply to how we use and disclose information relating to our current and former employees.
